Manager of Technical Operations
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Manager of Technical Operations. The Manager of Technical Operations reports directly to the VP of Manufacturing and Engineering and will perform functions essential to the planning, organizing and managing of the Technical Operations group and with associated programs to accomplish the goals of the organization.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline and 10 years related experience in injection molding, thermoset, BMC (bulk molding compound) and SMC (sheet molding compound) manufacturing. Ability to manage people and situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is involved with all aspects of equipment, fixturing, automation, robotics, etc. to efficiently process molded parts into finished products. Knowledge of industrial automation, process improvements, problem solving, cost justifications and project management are key fundamentals for success. This position interacts regularly with all other functional departments and outside suppliers to accomplish project objectives. Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and solid modeling skills are essential. Abilities with Solidworks, CAMworks, CNC programming and PLCs are a plus.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering (or related degree), preferably with some on the job experience in this field. An associate’s degree in engineering will be considered with appropriate level of experience.

Maintenance - 3rd Shift
Maintain and repair machinery requiring hydraulic, electrical, and/or mechanical troubleshooting to maintain production requirements. Ability to use hand tools. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Ability to use lift truck to assist in lifting up to 100 lbs.
